# Wallet/SERV

Wallet/SERV provides the **constant** <mark style="color:red;">transmission of Activity and Position files</mark> for fund accounts held in omnibus with XFT. Intermediaries on the BITNET use Wallet/SERV to share subaccount information with other firms and funds.&#x20;

<mark style="color:purple;">Wallet/SERV transmits two files:</mark> &#x20;

1. <mark style="color:red;">Omnibus Activity</mark> – this file allows firms to transmit detailed trade and sub-accounting client activity to fund companies.&#x20;
2. <mark style="color:red;">Omnibus Position</mark> – this file allows firms to transmit sub-accounting client positions to fund companies.
