A student downloads the eAccounts app and links their ACT Card. They select add funds and choose to deposit USD. The university system converts USD to BAMAUSD and mints stablecoins to the student’s ACT-linked wallet. The student taps their card or phone at a vending machine. The machine deducts the required BAMAUSD and transfers it to the vendor’s wallet. The vendor receives payment instantly and sees their BAMAUSD balance update. At semester’s end any unused BAMAUSD remains in the wallet and carries over. If a refund is requested the system burns the BAMAUSD and returns USD to the student’s bank.
